There are many reasons why Colombian coffees are so highly prized, and why it's one of the fastest-growing coffee producers in the world.  Colombian coffees are 100% Arabica and harvested by hand, the vast majority coming from small, high-altitude farms.  Only the best are given the "Excelso" or "Supremo" label required to make them eligible for export.
